摘要
采用超声波辅助有机溶剂抽提法从巴里黄檀(Dalbergia bariensis)心材中提取红色素,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法,探究色素的最佳提取工艺,并使用二倍稀释法与菌丝生长速率法研究色素的抑菌活性。结果表明:巴里黄檀心材色素最佳抽提工艺为乙醇体积分数70%,时间30 min,m(木粉)∶V(乙醇溶液)=1 g∶50 mL。影响巴里黄檀心材色素提取的因素主次排序为乙醇体积分数、时间、m(木粉)∶V(乙醇溶液)。对大肠埃希氏菌、肠炎型沙门氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌的最小抑菌质量浓度为4096 mg·L^-1,对白色念珠菌的最小抑菌质量浓度为2048 mg·L^-1,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌质量浓度为512 mg·L^-1,色素质量浓度为512 mg·L^-1时对黑曲霉的菌丝生长抑制率为42.17%。
Red pigment from heartwood of Dalbergia bariensis was extracted by using ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent extraction method.By single factor experiment,the optimum extraction technology of pigment was explored by orthogonal experiment.The antimicrobial activity of pigment was studied by double dilution method and mycelial growth rate method.The optimum extraction process was 70%ethanol volume fraction,30 min,and m(wood powder)∶V(ethanol concentration)of 1 g∶50 mL.The influencing order of the factors was ethanol volume fraction,time,m(wood powder)∶V(ethanol concentration).The minimum antimicrobial contents of the pigment against Escherchia coli,Salmonella enteritidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 4096 and 2048 mg·L^-1 for Candida albicans,and 512 mg·L^-1 for Staphylococcus aureus.The inhibition rate of Aspergillus niger mycelium growth was 42.17%at 512 mg·L^-1.
