摘要
当前,中国各地致力于发展以轨道交通站点为中心的TOD开发建设,其中车辆段上盖开发成为具有代表性的TOD开发案例。通过分类总结车辆段开发项目的共性特点,结合日本实施的TOD开发案例经验,寻求车辆段开发项目的通用设计解决方案。
At present,many regions in China are working on TOD development and construction planning centered on rail transit stations.Among them,the development above the depot has become a representative TOD case.This article attempts to summarize the common characteristics of depot development projects by classification,combined with the experience of TOD development cases implemented in Japan,to seek design principles for depot development projects in China.
