摘要
由于传统矿井输送带除尘技术存在效果较差、除尘成本高的问题,因此,在自动喷雾除尘技术的基础上,设计矿井带式输送带自动喷雾除尘系统。该系统工作原理为,充分利用输送带自身动能,在输送带开始工作后自动喷雾除尘系统即启动运行,系统所产生的压力水和压力气通过广角雾化喷头喷出,全过程自动化操作,除尘及时性高,喷头不易堵塞,除尘效果良好。
