摘要
基于对皮带机CST控制器的介绍,分析了CST的信号传输特点,从显示皮带机常见故障、显示压力系统故障、显示润滑冷却系统故障等方面介绍了CST控制器的功能。分析认为,通过CST控制器可实现与皮带机集控系统的无缝连接,有效地减少了皮带司机人数,减轻了劳动强度。
Based on the introduction of the belt machine CST controller, the characteristics of CST signal transmission are analyzed. The functions of the CST controller are introduced from the aspects of the common fault of the belt machine, the fault of the display pressure system, the fault of the display lubricating cooling system and so on.According to the analysis, the seamless connection with the belt machine centralized control system can be realized by CST the controller, which effectively reduces the number of belt drivers and reduces the labor intensity.
