摘要
以探讨漳村煤矿DTL140胶带输送机的技术参数和分析应用现状为基础,分析应用过程中最常见的皮带跑偏频繁和托辊更换难两个难题,并提出相应的解决措施。应用效果表明,改进后效果较为显著,实现了皮带的高效运行,为DTL140胶带输送机在煤矿实际生产中的应用提供了借鉴。
Based on the discussion of the technical parameters and the analysis of the application status of the DTL140 belt conveyor in Zhangcun Coal Mine, this paper analyzes the two most common problems in the application process,such as frequent belt deviation and difficult to replace the roller. And put forward the corresponding solutions.Application results show that the effect of the machine is remarkable, and the efficient operation of the belt is realized,which provides a reference for the application of the DTL140 belt conveyor in the actual production of coal mine.
