摘要
针对矿用带式输送机在使用过程中出现撕裂现象,导致输送机运输效率低、故障率高、维修成本费用高的问题,大同煤矿集团雁崖煤业公司通过技术研究设计了一套带式输送机皮带纵向撕裂保护系统,并在5307巷SSJ-800型带式输送机中进行应用。实践表明,该带式输送机皮带纵向撕裂保护系统不仅提高了输送机故障自检自动化水平,降低了输送机检修维护劳动作业强度,而且避免了带式输送机因撕带发生的重大煤矿机电事故。
In view of the problems of low transportation efficiency, high failure rate and high maintenance cost caused by tearing phenomenon in the use of mine belt conveyor, Datong Coal Mine Group Yanya Coal Industry Company designed a set of belt longitudinal tear protection system through technical research, and applied it in 5307 roadway SSJ-800 belt conveyor. The practice shows that the belt longitudinal tear protection system not only improves the automatic level of self-inspection of conveyor fault, but also reduces the labor intensity of maintenance and repair of conveyor, and avoids the major coal mine electromechanical accident caused by belt tearing.
