摘要
为了促进微胶囊在水性涂料中的应用,采用原位聚合法合成了一种以N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐(T711)为囊芯,无机氧化物ZnO为囊壁的防腐蚀型微胶囊(T711@ZnO);通过透射电镜(TEM)观察了微胶囊微观表面形貌,用红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)对合成产物进行了表征与分析,并用马尔文激光粒度仪研究了合成产物的粒径分布及分散性;将制备的T711@ZnO微胶囊加入苯丙乳液中,通过电化学测试及耐盐水试验表征了其耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,添加微胶囊后所得涂液涂膜的耐腐蚀性能显著提高。
An anticorrosive microcapsule( T711@ZnO) with Octadecane Oeoyl Sarcosine Acid( T711) as core and inorganic oxide zinc oxide as wall was synthesized by in-situ polymerization. The micro-morphology of microcapsules was observed by transmission electron microscope( TEM). The synthesized products were characterized and analyzed by FT-IR spectroscopy. The particle size distribution and dispersion of the synthesized products were studied by Malvern laser particle size analyzer. Results showed that the preparation of T711@ZnO could significantly improve the corrosion resistance of styrene acrylic emulsion by means of electrochemical tests and saline impregnation,when adding the prepared T711@ZnO microcapsule in the styrene acrylic emulsion.
