摘要
大数据在历史因素与发展因素的共同作用下产生,同时促进了数据信息化的发展。传统的行政管理体制烦琐复杂,无法适应当前数据化的发展,要充分利用网络信息技术,促进行政管理体制的改革。论文介绍了行政管理体制改革出现的问题,进一步分析了大数据背景下行政管理体制改革带来的新契机,全面阐释了大数据背景下引发的网络安全问题及行政管理体制改革研究对策。
Big data is produced under the joint action of historical factors and development factors,and promotes the development of data informatization.The traditional administrative management system is too complicated to adapt to the current digital development,so we should make full use of network information technology to promote the reform of administrative management system.This paper introduces the problems in the reform of administrative management system.It further analyzes the new opportunity brought by the reform of administrative management system under the background of big data and comprehensively explains the network security problems caused by the background of big data and the research countermeasures for the reform of the administrative management system.
