摘要
为获得地面台架试车条件下涡扇发动机部件特性,基于ISIGHT软件搭建了部件特性辨识平台,提出了1种工程上通用的辨识方法。通过试验设计对可调参数进行了敏感性分析,获得地面台架试车条件下需辨识的主要部件特征参数,并结合优化算法获得精度高的辨识结果。对该辨识方法进行了验证,并基于某发动机地面台架试车数据,进行了实例应用。结果表明:验证结果中的辨识误差在0.22%以下,在实例应用中,个别参数辨识误差在4%以下,其余均在2.5%以下,满足精度要求,验证了该辨识方法的正确性,为涡扇发动机部件特性辨识提供了1种高效的方法。
In order to obtain the characteristics of turbofan engine components under the condition of ground bench test,the identification platform of component characteristics was built based on SIGHT software and a general identification method in engineering was proposed.The sensitivity analysis of the adjustable parameters was carried out through the test design.The identified characteristic parameters of the main components were obtained under the conditions of the ground bench,and the identification results with high accuracy were obtained by combining the optimization algorithm.The identification method was verified and an example was applied based on data of the engine ground bench test.The results show that the identification error in the verification results is less than 0.22%.In the application of examples,the identification errors of individual parameters are less than 4%,and the rest are less than 2.5%,which meets the accuracy requirements,and verifies the correctness of the identification method.It provides an efficient method for the identification of turbofan engine components.
