小半径曲线连续刚构特大桥0号块精细化受力性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究小半径曲线连续梁桥在荷载作用下0号块的受力情况,比较分析0号块三种有限元模型,即模型A(模拟0、1、2号块)、模型B(模拟0、1号块)、模型C(仅模拟0号块)之间的差异,给出合理的0号块有限元模型建立形式.方法以拉格斯轻轨跨海小半径曲线连续刚构特大桥为例,基于大型有限元分析软件Midas FEA建立0号块精细化模型,分析其在温度、预应力和施工荷载等最不利条件作用下的受力状态.结果由有限元软件分析结果可以看出,0号块受力复杂,最小应力为-8.97 MPa,最大应力为1.29 MPa;模型C与模型A、B所得应力结果相差较大;0号块周围块体对其应力影响较大,在进行0号块的有限元模拟中不能忽略周围块体的影响.结论为减小不利因素对0号块的影响,实际施工时应采取一定措施:合理控制0号块混凝土浇筑温度;合理控制0号块预应力张拉时间;合理控制不平衡施工效应的影响. To investigate the mechanical behavior of 0#segment of small radius curved continuous girder-frame bridges,three types of finite element models were proposed and their results were compared,i.e.model A(FE model including 0#segment,1#segment and 2#segment),model B(FE model including 0#segment and 1#segment),and model C(FE model only including 0#segment).In this paper,based on the small radius continuous girder-frame bridge of the Lagrange light rail,the finite element model of 0#segment was built up by Midas FEA to analyze its stress state under the combined loads,such as temperature,prestress and construction load.It is shown that the stress distribution of 0#segment is complex,with the minimum stress of-8.97MPa and the maximum stress of 1.29 MPa.Comparing the results of model C with model A and model B,the stress obtained by model C is quite different from those of model A and model B,and the influence of the segments nearby on the stress of 0#segment should be taken into account in finite element analysis.Reasonable controls of casting concrete temperature,prestressing time of 0#segment,and unbalanced construction effects could be adopted to reduce the stress of 0#segment caused by the nearby segments.
