摘要
目的探讨在治疗小儿流行性腮腺炎过程中采用抗病毒胶囊佐助利巴韦林的效果。方法研究开始搜集病历时间:2019年5月,截止时间:2020年4月,选取此时段内本科室收治的小儿流行性腮腺炎患者100例为研究对象,依据实施的治疗方案不同将其均分为2组,对照组单纯给予利巴韦林治疗,而研究组则同时辅助给予抗病毒胶囊治疗,将治疗总有效率作为效果的评价标准。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率高达92%,与对照组78%相比,统计学差异显著,P<0.05。结论在治疗小儿流行性腮腺炎过程中实施抗病毒胶囊佐助利巴韦林的方案可显著提升治疗效果,能在短时间内缓解患儿发热、腮肿症状,预防疾病进一步发展。
Objective To explore the effect of using antiviral capsules to help ribavirin in the treatment of mumps in children.Methods The study began to collect medical records Time:May 2019,Deadline:April 2020,100 pediatric mumps patients admitted to the undergraduate department during this period were selected as the research object,and all of them were based on the treatment plan implemented Divided into 2 groups,the control group was given ribavirin treatment alone,while the research group was also given adjuvant antiviral capsule treatment,and the total effective rate of treatment was used as the evaluation criterion of the effect.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was as high as 92%.Compared with 78%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of antiviral capsules and ribavirin in the treatment of mumps in children can significantly improve the treatment effect,relieve the symptoms of fever and mumps in children in a short time,and prevent the further development of the disease.
