纳米银-聚酰胺纱布敷料对烧伤模型大鼠的干预效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究纳米银-聚酰胺纱布敷料对烧伤模型大鼠的干预效果。方法选择30只健康雌性SD大鼠建立烧伤模型,将其随机分为普通纱布敷料组(Control组)、聚酰胺纱布敷料组(Polyamide组)及纳米银-聚酰胺纱布敷料组(NAg-Polyamide组),每组10只,分别使用普通纱布敷料、聚酰胺纱布敷料及纳米银-聚酰胺纱布敷料进行干预。检测纳米银-聚酰胺纱布敷料物理学特性,分析3组大鼠创面组织中C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及表皮生长因子(EGF)水平;统计3组大鼠细菌培养计数、烧伤组织含水量、体温、大鼠疼痛评分、创面愈合率及创面愈合时间。结果Polyamide组大鼠CRP、IL-6水平、细菌计数、烧伤组织含水量、体温、大鼠疼痛评分及创面愈合时间均低/短于Control组,EGF水平、创面愈合率均高于Control组(P<0.05)。NAg-Polyamide组大鼠CRP、IL-6水平、细菌计数、烧伤组织含水量、体温、大鼠疼痛评分及创面愈合时间均低/短于Polyamide组,EGF水平、创面愈合率均高于Polyamide组(P<0.05)。Polyamide组和NAg-Polyamide组大鼠创面细菌阳性率分别为60%、20%,均低于Control组(90%);NAg-Polyamide组大鼠创面细菌阳性率低于Polyamide组(P<0.05)。结论烧伤后外用纳米银-聚酰胺纱布敷料可通过下调CRP、IL-6水平,上调EGF水平,减轻炎症反应,从而减少创面细菌,提高创面愈合率,有效减轻换药疼痛。 Objective To explore the intervention effect of Nano-silver-polyamide gauze dressing on burn model rats.Methods Thirty healthy female SD rats were selected to establish burn model.They were randomly divided into the normal gauze dressing group(Control group),the polyamide gauze dressing group(Polyamide group)and the Nano-silver-polyamide gauze dressing group(NAg-Polyamide group),with 10 rats in each group.Normal gauze dressing,polyamide gauze dressing and Nano-silver-polyamide gauze dressing were used to intervene separately.The physical properties of Nano-silver-polyamide gauze dressings were examined.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and epidermal growth factor(EGF)in wound tissue of the 3 groups were analyzed.The bacterial culture count,burn tissue water content,body temperature,rat pain score,wound healing rate,and wound healing time of the 3 groups were measured.ResultsThe levels of CRP,IL-6,bacterial count,burn tissue water content,body temperature,rat pain score and wound healing time in the Polyamide group were lower/shorter than those in the Control group,and the level of EGF and wound healing rate in the Polyamide group were higher than those in the Control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6,bacterial count,burn tissue water content,body temperature,rat pain score and wound healing time in the NAg-Polyamide group were lower/shorter than those in the Polyamide group,while the level of EGF and the wound healing rate in the NAg-Polyamide group were higher than those in the Polyamide group(P<0.05).The positive rate of wound bacteria in the Polyamide group and the NAg-Polyamide group was 60%and 20%,respectively,which was lower than that in the Control group(90%),and the positive rate of wound bacteria in the NAg-Polyamide group was lower than that in the Polyamide group(P<0.05).Conclusion The external use of Nano-silver-polyamide gauze dressing after burn injury can reduce the levels of CRP and IL-6,increase the level of EGF,reduce inflammation,thereby reducing bacterial growth,impr
