摘要
通过在Materials Studios软件中对不锈钢S304/普碳钢Q235复合材料进行第一性原理分析,计算出复合材料的界面结合能;通过在Abaqus有限元模拟软件中对双金属复合板进行十一辊矫直模拟计算,分析出矫直过程中复合板的结合层中弹性应变和塑性应变的能量变化,并进行数据对比。结果证明:在矫直过程中,矫直辊对双金属复合板产生的能量不足以导致复合板发生界面断裂等现象。
The interface binding energy of composite material was calculated by the first principle analysis of stainless steel S304 and ordinary carbon steel Q235(S304/Q235)composite materialin Materials Studios software.Meanwhile,the energy changes of elastic strain and plastic strain in the binding layer of composite plate during straightening were analyzed through 11-roll straightening simulation in Abaqus finite element simulation software.The results showed that in the process of straightening,the energy produced by straightening roller to bimetal composite plate was not enough to cause the interface fracture of composite plate.
