摘要 针对传统渡槽安全评价标准中单项评价结果决定性作用而导致的最终结论存在片面性的问题,以《渡槽安全鉴定规程》(DB44/T 2041—2017)为基础,采用综合评价法对渡槽的安全进行评价。通过引进指数型标度的AHP法和熵模型,对各类评价指标赋予更客观合理的权重,在评价人员提供的安全复核结果的基础上,结合专家群决策进行综合评分,得到渡槽安全状态总评分,以此判定渡槽的安全类别。经工程实例验证,采用该方法的某渡槽综合评价结论为三类渡槽(偏于二类),该结果与安全鉴定结论一致,更能反映渡槽安全状态的真实情况,表明了所述渡槽综合评价方法的科学性。 Focusing on the biased conclusion caused by the decisive role of individual evaluation results in the traditional aqueduct safety evaluation standard,based on the Aqueduct Safety Evaluation code(DB44/T 2041—2017),the comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the aqueduct safety.By introducing the AHP method of exponential scale and entropy model,all kinds of evaluation indexes were given more objective and reasonable weight.On the basis of the safety review results provided by the evaluators,combined with expert group decision-making,the total score of aqueduct safety state was obtained,which can be used to determine the safety category of the aqueducts.The proposed method was then verified by an engineering example,the comprehensive evaluation conclusion of an aqueduct using this method is Thirdly-class of aqueduct(partial to the secondary-class).The result is consistent with the safety appraisal conclusion,and can better reflect the real situation of the safety state of the aqueduct.It shows that the comprehensive evaluation method of the aqueduct is scientific.
