摘要
饲料行业上下连接种植养殖业,内外拉动产业融合,在国民经济中占有重要地位,"十三五"以来中国饲料产业取得了较快发展和明显成效。随着中国农业供给侧结构性改革和现代畜牧业建设的加快推进,中国饲料产业面临难得的发展机遇,同时也面临着技术创新不足等问题,亟需加快转变发展方式。在系统回顾"十三五"以来中国饲料产业发展成就的基础上,分析了当前行业发展面临的主要问题,并提出了新时期饲料行业发展的路径和举措。
The feed industry of China connects the upstream planting industry and downstream breeding industry together,and drives the integration of the domestic and overseas feed industries.Hence it occupies an important position in the national economy.Since the Thirteenth Five-year Plan,China’s feed industry has achieved rapid development and significant results.With the acceleration of China’s agricultural supply-side structural reforms and the construction of modern animal husbandry,China’s feed industry is facing rare development opportunities.At the same time,it is also facing problems such as insufficient technological innovation and so on,and it is urgent to accelerate the transformation of its development mode.Based on the systematic review of China’s feed industry development achievements since the Thirteenth Five-year Plan,the main problems faced by the current feed industry were analyzed,and the path and measures of its further development in the new era were proposed.
