摘要
目前,学生最常用的电子阅读媒介是社交媒体。神经科学和心理学研究表明,过度使用社交媒体显著降低个体认知和注意力,但其内在机制尚存在争议。以往的研究采用单一模态影像技术和神经心理分析技术,无法全面分析过度使用社交媒体对认知功能产生的影响。脑电图-功能磁共振成像(EEG-fMRI)同步采集和动态大脑功能网络分析技术有望用于探讨碎片化阅读损害认知和注意力的神经影像学机制。本文主要就过度使用社交媒体损害认知和注意力的机制及其研究方法做一综述。
Currently,social media is the most commonly used e-reading medium for students.Neuroscience and psychological studies have shown that excessive use of social media significantly reduces individual cognition and attention,but there are still controversies over its internal mechanism.Previous studies used single-modality imaging technology or neuropsychological analysis technology,which were unable to fully analyze the impact of excessive use of social media on cognitive function.Electroencephalography-functional magnetic resonance imaging synchronous acquisition and dynamic brain function network analysis techniques are expected to be used in exploring the neuroimaging mechanism of fragmented reading that impairs cognition and attention.This article mainly reviews the mechanism of excessive use of social media in impairing cognition and attention and related research methods.
