摘要
目的在医学知识信息化社会,继续医学教育(continuing medical education,CME)已成为卫生专业技术人员掌握新知识及学习新技能的重要途径,加强医疗高质量人才培养尤其重要。本研究旨在通过调查院内CME现存的问题,提出解决方案,以达到优化培养模式的目的。方法选取南京医科大学附属江苏盛泽医院100名卫生专业技术人员进行CME培养模式问卷调查,调查内容包括性别、年龄、职称、学历、专业和参与CME过程中的体会,以及提出自己的看法与意见。结果 29%的调查对象认为参加CME非常有必要,60%的认为参加CME有必要,11%的认为参加CME没必要。参加CME频率统计结果表明,选择1周1次、1周多次、1个月1次和1个月多次的构成比分别为15%、11%、59%和15%。参加CME的原因,主要为提高自己的业务能力和水平,占28.41%;影响参加CME的因素主要为时间冲突,占31.44%;参加CME的形式主要为组织培训,占32.77%;解决CME积极性不高的问题对策,主要为活动举办时间更合理,占29.41%。结论相关CME组织部门应当及时采取有针对性地干预措施,提高医务人员参加CME积极性,从而实现CME优化模式培养的目标。
OBJECTIVE In the information society with the explosion of medical knowledge,continuing medical education has become an important way for health professionals to master new knowledge and learn new skills.The essence of competition among hospitals is the competition among health professionals and technicians,so it is particularly important to strengthen the training of high-quality medical personnel.In view of this,it is very important to investigate the existing problems of CME in the hospital,put forward solutions and optimize the training mode.METHODS A total of 100 medical staffs in our hospital were selected for CME training mode questionnaire survey.The content of the survey includes gender,age,professional title,education background,major and experience in the process of participating in CME,as well as putting forward their own views and opinions.RESULTS 29% of respondents felt it was necessary to participate in CME,60%felt it was necessary to participate in CME,and 11%felt it was not necessary to participate in CME.The frequency statistics of participating in CME show that the proportion of choosing once a week,more than once a week,once a month and more than once a month is 15%,11%,59%and 15%,respectively.The main reasons for participating in CME are to improve their business ability and level(28.41%),time conflict(31.44%)and organizational training(32.77%)as the main factors affecting participating in CME.The main countermeasures to solve the problem of low motivation of CME are to organize activities more reasonably(29.41%).CONCLUSION The relevant CME organizational departments should take timely and targeted interventions to improve the enthusiasm of medical staff to participate in CME,so as to achieve the goal of optimizing the training mode of CME.
