摘要
高铁隧道施工单位关注建设过程中的风险辨识与管控,将其作为重要控制点进行研究分析.本文选取新建南三龙铁路荆西隧道为研究对象,在详细分析工程概况和风险特征的基础上,基于HSE(Health-Safety-Environment)管理体系中的LEC(Likelihood-Exposure-Consequence)法对施工风险从施工人员健康、施工安全和施工环境等三个方面进行了量化分析,从中选择了较易出现的塌方和突泥突水风险进行了详细分析并提出了防范对策与措施,结果表明该类方法对工程实践具有指导意义.
The risk identification and control in the high-speed railway tunnel construction process has aroused theconstruction party's attention,and it is taken as a key point for research and analysis.With the research object of JingxiTunnel in newly-built South Sanlong Railway and the detailed analysis of project overview and risk characteristics,thispaper made a quantitative analysis of the construction risk in aspects of the construction personnel health,construction safetyand construction environment on the basis of the LEC(Likelihood-Exposure-Consequence)method in the HSE(Health-Safety-Environment)management system,and analyzed in detail the risks of collapse and mud and water inrushing thatwere easy to occur.Finally,the preventive strategies and measures were put forward.The engineering practice shows thatthe method is effective.
