摘要
分析了隔爆型多电源控制箱外壳焊接过程与检验要点。对其中焊接工艺的选择、外壳焊接过程中引起的焊接应力变形与处理,以及对隔爆面的影响做出分析,提出合理措施,对隔爆外壳整体防爆性能进行阐述。
Analyzed the welding process and inspection points of flameproof multi power control box enclosure.The selection of welding process,the welding stress deformation and treatment caused by the welding process of the shell and the influence of the flameproof surface were analyzed.The reasonable measures were put forward,and the overall explosion-proof performance of the flameproof enclosure was described.
