摘要
本文采用"隔油调节+厌氧酸化+生物接触氧化+混凝沉淀+超滤"组合工艺处理混凝土管桩综合废水,介绍了处理工艺流程、工艺参数以及最终处理效果。实际运行结果表明,出水COD、BOD5分别为50、9.0 mg/L、SS、氨氮、动植物油以及石油类的平均质量浓度分别为25、3.0、0.5、0.3 mg/L,出水水质优于广东省水污染物排放限值(DB44/26-2001)第二时段一级排放标准要求,项目总投资80.7万元,总运行费用为4.08元/m3,该工程可对同类废水的治理提供借鉴。
In this paper,the concrete pipe pile comprehensive wastewater is treated by oil separation regulation+anaerobic acidification+biological contact oxidation+coagulation sedimentation+ultrafiltration combined process.The treatment process,process parameters and final treatment effects are introduced.The results showed that the effluent COD,BOD5,SS,ammonia nitrogen,animal and vegetable oil,and petroleum are 50,9,25,3,0.5,and 0.3 mg/L,respectively,the effluent water quality is better than the requirements of first-level discharge standard for the second period of"Guangdong Province Water Pollutant discharge Limit(DB44/26-2001)",the total investment of the project is 807,000 yuan,and the total operating cost is 4.08 yuan/m^3.The project can provide reference for the treatment of similar wastewater.
