摘要
院前急救信息化系统的建立不仅可以提高急救中心人员院前急救反应速度,还可为急救中心人员提供有效的医疗技术支持。急救信息化建设不仅可以实现数据资料的传输,还可存储急救过程中语音、图像等信息,在必要时对数据资料、语音、图像等进行回放,以明确急救质量,并对信息化实施后的医疗急救中心资源利用情况进行分析,并确保急救的完整性,增加医学救援体系协同性,同时为院前急救人员提供可借鉴的医疗管理模式。该文就医疗急救中心院前急救信息化建设的重要性、现状、信息建设中注意事项、管理方法等进行综合分析,确保医疗急救中心院前急救信息化建设的实用性,推进院前、院内信息平台的对接,提高急救中心急救质量。
The establishment of a pre-hospital first aid information system can not only increase the speed of pre-hospital emergency response of emergency center personnel,but also provide effective medical technical support for emergency center personnel.The construction of first aid informatization can not only realize the transmission of data,but also store the voice,image and other information in the emergency process,and replay the data,voice,image,etc.when necessary,so as to clarify the quality of the first aid and provide information after the implementation,the resource utilization of the medical emergency center is analyzed,and the integrity of this emergency is ensured,which increases the synergy of the medical rescue system and provides a medical management model for pre-hospital emergency personnel.This article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the importance,status,precautions and management methods of the pre-hospital first aid information construction of the medical emergency center to ensure the practicability,promote the pre-hospital and in-hospital information platforms docking,and improve the quality of first aid in emergency centers.
