摘要
目的探究呼吸内科护理管理中风险管理的应用效果。方法选取该院2018年1—12月40名呼吸内科护理人员与110例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组行常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上加强风险管理,对比两组护理不良事件发生情况、护理管理质量以及患者护理满意度。结果观察组护理不良事件发生率为5.45%,低于对照组的18.18%;观察组危重患者护理质量、基础护理质量、病房管理质量评分分别为(92.12±2.28)分、(89.63±2.52)分、(93.28±2.88)分,高于对照组的(75.63±1.27)分、(72.15±2.58)分、(73.36±1.09)分,患者护理满意度评分为(92.88±3.29)分,高于对照组的(78.85±2.88)分(P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科护理管理中加强护理风险管理利于降低护理不良事件发生率,提高护理人员责任心与护理质量,患者满意度也随之提高。
Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in nursing management of respiratory medicine.Methods From January to December 2018 in the hospital,40 nursing staff of respiratory medicine nurses and 110 patients were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing management,and the observation group was based on the control group.Strengthen risk management,compare the occurrence of adverse nursing events,nursing management quality and patient care satisfaction between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 5.45%,which was lower than 18.18%in the control group.The scores of nursing quality,basic nursing quality,and ward management quality of critically ill patients in the observation group were(92.12±2.28)points and(89.63±2.52)points,(93.28±2.88)points,higher than the control group(75.63±1.27)points,(72.15±2.58)points,(73.36±1.09)points,patient care satisfaction score was(92.88±3.29)points,higher than the control group's(78.85±2.88)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nursing risk management in the nursing management of respiratory medicine is beneficial to reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,improve the responsibility and quality of nursing staff,and improve patient satisfaction.
