摘要
目的:探讨声带息肉患者嗓音障碍指数(VHI)与其心理情绪障碍的关联性。方法:选取2013年7月至12月期间广州番禺中心医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的37例声带息肉患者和同期在该院接受咽部测试的21例健康受试者作为研究对象。将其中的21例健康受试者作为对照组,将其中的37例声带息肉患者作为研究组。对两组研究对象均使用VHI量表测试其VHI,并使用症状自评量表SCL-90评估其心理情绪状态,然后对其VHI测试的结果和心理情绪状态评估的结果进行分析研究,从中找出声带息肉患者VHI与其心理情绪障碍的关联性。结果:两组研究对象VHI量表总分与其VHI量表中亚范畴功能(F)、生理(P)、情感(E)评分之间具有关联性,P<0.001。两组研究对象VHI量表的总分及E评分与其症状自评量表SCL-90的总分及各亚项评分之间无关联性,P>0.05。结论:声带息肉患者的VHI对其主观情感会产生一定的影响,但多数患者未达到罹患心理疾病的程度。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between voice disorder index(VHI)and psychological and emotional disorders in patients with vocal cord polyps.Methods:From July to December 2013,37 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to the Otolaryngology Department of Guangzhou Panyu Central Hospital and 21 healthy subjects who received pharynx test in the hospital during the same period were selected as study subjects.Twenty-one of the healthy subjects were used as the control group and 37 of the patients with vocal cord polyps were used as the study group.VHI was tested by THE VHI scale in both groups,and their mental and emotional state was assessed by the symptom checklist 90(SCL-90).Then the results of THE VHI test and the assessment of mental and emotional state were analyzed and studied to find out the correlation between VHI in patients with vocal cord polyps and their mental and emotional disorders.Results:There was a correlation between the total score of VHI scale and the subcategory function(F),physiology(P)and emotion(E)scores of VHI scale(P<0.001)in the two groups.There was no correlation between the total score of VHI scale and E score of the two groups and the total score and sub-score of SCL-90,P>0.05.Conclusion:VHI in patients with vocal cord polyp has a certain effect on their subjective emotion,but most patients d o not have the degree of mental illness.
