摘要
菊芋作为一种新型经济蔬菜作物,具有极强的抗旱性,研究其在干旱胁迫下细胞结构变化对明晰其抗旱机理具有重要作用。本研究以青芋2号为材料,采用人工模拟干旱胁迫,在胁迫7 d、15 d、22 d以及干旱后复水的第4d(30 d)的菊芋的叶片和根进行切片通过电子显微镜观察,结果表明干旱胁迫后叶片的平均厚度和角质膜平均厚度均大于对照,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长菊芋根系细胞间隙加大,且根横切面整体形态及中柱细胞相比对照组都发生了细胞变小、收缩、变形的现象,这一系列的变化都说明了菊芋在适应逆境胁迫时所做出的主动响应,本研究为今后详细解析菊芋响应干旱胁迫的细胞层次的机理研究奠定了基础。
As a new cash vegetable crop,Jerusalem artichoke has strong drought resistance.It is important to study the changes of cell structure under drought stress.This study is based on the material of Qingyu No.2,artificially simulated drought stress,the leaves and roots of the 7 th d、15 d、22 d of stress and the 4 th day(30 d)after drought were sliced by electron microscope.The results showed that the average thickness of leaves and the average thickness of keratinocytes after drought stress was higher than that of the control group.The changes showed that the average thickness of leaves and the average thickness of keratinocytes after drought stress was higher than that of the control group.this study lays a foundation for the detailed analysis of the mechanism of the cellular level of inulin response to drought stress in the future.
