摘要
整体、关联、系统、多元的网络象思维是象思维现代发展的客观趋势和历史必然,提出网络象概念以促进中医药网络药理的深化研究,明确网络象研究实现了由实体本体向关系本体、由个体思维向群体思维、由客观现实性向虚拟存在性的思维转变,进一步分析了网络象所具有的整体性和关联性、层次性、去中心性分布、模块性、动态性、共性与个性的存在性、可调节性等思维特征。网络象思维指导下的网络药理研究将在方剂多靶点作用的表达、方剂优化与设计、方证关联性研究等方面具有广阔的研究前景,将有利于彰显原创思维在中医药现代研究中的引领作用。
The holistic,interrelated,systematic,and multivariate Network Image Thinking(NIT)of image thinking goes with the objective trend and reflects the inevitability of history.The concept of NIT was put forward to promote the in-depth research of TCM network pharmacology,illuminate the shift of thinking from entity to relational ontology,individual to group thinking,objective reality to virtual existence of NIT,and further analyze the NIT thinking characteristics of integrity and relevance,hierarchy,de-centeredness,modularity,dynamic,universality,individuality,and adjustability.With the guidance of NIT,there will be a broad prospect in the research of network pharmacology in the expression of prescription multi-targeted action,optimal design of prescriptions,the correlation research of prescriptions and patterns,which will manifest the guiding role of original thinking of TCM in modern research.
