摘要
基于数字孪生技术,对CRH380BL型动车组轮对的动态性能与磨耗之间的关系进行研究。采用参数化建模方法,建立了轮对的三维数字孪生模型。通过有限元模态分析,得出轮对前25阶固有频率和振型。基于车轮磨耗类型特征以及磨耗规律,对轮对模型进行磨耗仿真。研究了踏面磨耗和轮缘磨耗对轮对动态性能的影响,得出磨耗前后固有频率、振型、最大位移、最大应力的变化,总结出踏面磨耗和轮缘磨耗对轮对动态性能的影响规律。
This paper studies the relationship between dynamic performance and wear of CRH380BL EMU wheelset based on digital twin technology.It establishes the 3D digital twin model of wheelset using parametric modeling method,and obtains the first 25 natural frequencies and vibration modes of the wheelset through the finite element modal analysis.Based on the type characteristics and wear law,it simulates the wheelset wear model.It studies the influence of tread abrasion and rim abrasion on the dynamic performance of the wheel pair,and obtains the changes of natural frequency,vibration shape,maximum displacement,and maximum stress before and after abrasion.It summarizes the influence of tread abrasion and rim abrasion on the dynamic performance of the wheel pair.
