钢筋混凝土的负泊松比设计及其常规力学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 负泊松比材料,拉伸时在弹性范围内横向发生膨胀,压缩时横向则发生收缩,具有优异的抗断裂性能与回弹韧性,可有效抵抗剪切应力,大幅度吸收爆炸荷载能量.将负泊松比引入混凝土结构,设计并系统研究了具有负泊松比效应的功能钢筋混凝土体系及其制备工艺,利用电子万能试验机测试分析了在拉、压、弯、剪等静载作用下3种钢筋混凝土结构的抗拉性能、抗压性能、弹性模量和剪切模量等常规力学性能,应用数字散斑相关方法(DSCM)表征了不同类型荷载状态下各类钢筋混凝土在形变过程中应变场及其泊松比动态分布,并提出了功能负泊松比钢筋混凝土的优化设计方案,为建筑材料的结构设计及应用提供了实验基础与理论依据. The material of the negative Poisson′s ratio expands laterally within the elastic range when it is stretched,and shrinks when it is compressed.It has excellent fracture resistance and resilience toughness and can effectively resist the shear force and absorb explosive load energy.The negative Poisson′s ratio is introduced into the concrete structure,and the functional reinforced concrete system with negative Poisson′s ratio effect and its processing technology are designed and studied systematically.The conventional mechanical properties of three kinds of reinforced concrete structure,such as tensile property,compressive property,elastic modulus and shear modulus,are tested and analyzed by electronic universal testing machine under static load such as tension,compression,bending and shear.The dynamic distributions of strain field and macro-micro Poisson′s ratio of various kinds of reinforced concrete under different load conditions are analyzed by the digital speckle correlation method(DSCM).The optimum design scheme of reinforced concrete with negative Poisson′s ratio is put forward,which provides experimental basis and theoretical basis for the structural design and application of building materials.
