救心菜、明月草和铜钱草的总黄酮含量测定与评价 被引量:2

Determination and Evaluation of Total Flavonoids Content in Coral dealbatus,Gynura divaricata(Linn.)DC.and Hydrocotyle chinensis(Dunn)Craib

摘要 为探索救心菜Coral dealbatus、明月草Gynura divaricata(Linn.)DC.和铜钱草Hydrocotyle chinensis(Dunn)Craib作为特色蔬菜的开发价值,采用超声波辅助醇溶液法提取3种药食兼用蔬菜的总黄酮含量,并评价其粗提液体外抗氧化能力。结果表明,在救心菜、明月草和铜钱草各自的较优提取条件下,其总黄酮类物质的最高含量分别为2.14%、1.27%和5.37%,以铜钱草总黄酮含量最高。3种菜粗提液对DPPH·的清除能力以救心菜最高,总还原力为VC>救心菜>铜钱草>明月草。救心菜在推广种植、市场开发方面的优势更好,总黄酮含量也相对较高,是药食兼用的理想保健品。明月草和铜钱草总黄酮含量虽高,但其抗氧化活性不好,开发成为药食兼用的理想保健品的价值相对较低。 Coral dealbatus,Gynura divaricata(Linn.)DC.and Hydrocotyle chinensis(Dunn)Craib are characteristic vegetables which can be used as medicine and food,in order to explore the development value of them,ultrasonic-assisted alcohol solution method was used to extract the total flavonoid content of the three vegetables,and the antioxidant capacity of the crude extract was evaluated.The results showed that the highest flavonoids content of C.dealbatus,G.divaricata(Linn.)DC.and H.chinensis(Dunn)Craib were 2.14%,1.27%and 5.37%,respectively unders the optimal extraction conditions.The content of total flavonoids in H.chinensis(Dunn)Craib was the highest.The results of the antioxidant activity study showed that among the three vegetables,the crude extracts of C.dealbatus had the highest scavenging ability on DPPH·,and the total reducing power was VC>C.dealbatus>H.chinensis(Dunn)Craib>G.divaricata(Linn.)DC..Coral dealbatus had better advantages in popularizing planting and market development,and its total flavonoids content was relatively high.It was an ideal health care product for both medicine and food.Although the content of total flavonoids in the G.divaricata(Linn.)DC.and the H.chinensis(Dunn)Craib was high,their antioxidant activity was not good,and the value of developing them as ideal health products for both medicine and food was relatively low.
