摘要
为解决色连二矿矿井水处理站污水处理量大、运行成本高的问题,研究了矿井水处理的技术及趋势,运用理论计算及试验验证等手段,论证了矿井水清水、污水分流排放、分类处理的必要性、可行性。结果表明:将井下污水通过水泵及管路排至井下工作面采空区,经过工作面采空区净化后排至地面,实现了矿井水清污分流,地面水处理站污水处理量降低38%,矿井水处理站污水处理能力满足了实际需要;降低了井下主排水系统设备、管路及配件的磨损;综合提升了矿井经济效益。
In order to reduce the sewage treatment amount of the mine water treatment station,the existing problems of the mine water treatment are analyzed by means of theoretical calculation and practical verification,and the necessity and feasibility of the separate discharge and classified treatment of the mine water and sewage are demonstrated.The results show that,the underground sewage is discharged to the goaf using water pumps and pipelines,and after the goaf purification,the clean water is discharged to the ground at present,the mine water is divided into clean water and sewage,and the sewage treatment capacity of surface water treatment station is reduced by 38%,which meets the needs of mine sewage treatment.The abrasion rate of water pump,management and accessories in the main drainage system of the mine is reduced,which avoids the problem of slime pollution to a certain extent,and comprehensively improves the economic benefits of the mine.
