摘要 当前我国工程教育正处在改革与发展的重要关头,“新工科”人才的培养要求与课程思政建设有了更深远意义上的融汇互通,其价值意蕴重在实现“新工科”人才培养的工具理性与价值理性相融合。在“新工科”背景下推进课程思政建设,要注重解决好学生积极性较低、教师队伍思想政治素养参差不齐、体制机制不完善等各种现实难题。在实践中,不仅要加强教师队伍建设、增进教师的德育意识和思想政治素养,还要加强组织领导、发挥高校党委和各部门齐抓共管合力,更要通过加强制度设计、健全课程思政制度保障和评价体系,全方位协同推进课程思政协同育人的效用。 Presently,China’s engineering education is at an important juncture of reform and development.The training requirements of“new engineering”talents and the ideological and political construction of the curriculum have a far-reaching significance.Its value is to realize the integration of instrumental rationality and value rationality in the cultivation of“new engineering”talents.To promote the integration of specialized courses and ideological and political education under the background“new engineering course”,we should pay attention to solving various practical problems such as low enthusiasm of students,uneven ideological and political quality of teachers,imperfect system and mechanism.In practice,it is not only necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and enhance their moral education consciousness and ideological and political quality,but also to strengthen the organizational leadership and give full play to the joint efforts of the Party committee and other departments in colleges and universities.It is also necessary to strengthen the system design,improve the ideological and political system guarantee and evaluation system so as to comprehensively promote the effectiveness of ideological and political collaborative education.
