摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,建筑构件的工业预制和装配施工已经逐渐成为发达国家实现建筑工业现代化的重要标志。BIM技术与预制装配式建筑模式相结合,打破了传统的建筑施工模式,进而加速了建筑施工管理理念的创新,使得建筑行业向更加高效、绿色、可持续的施工模式转变。文章以施工管理的视野探讨当前预制装配式建筑施工管理中的热点问题,在建筑产业化管理的大背景下,基于BIM技术的应用探索值得开展。
With the rapid development of information technology,the industrial precast and assembly construction of building components has gradually become an important symbol of the modernization of the building industry in developed countries.The combination of BIM technology and the prefabricated building model breaks through the traditional construction mode,accelerates the innovation of construction management concept,and makes the construction industry transform to a more efficient,green and sustainable construction mode.This paper discusses the hot issues in the current construction management of prefabricated building from the perspective of construction management in the context of building industrialization management,and then explores the application of BIM technology therein.
