摘要
网架结构这种建筑形式以其重量轻、承载力大、施工简便、布局灵活等特点,广泛应用于超高层建筑、体育馆和大型厂房等建筑中。但是由于无保护层的网架结构存在耐火性差、易腐蚀的缺点,建筑发生火灾时极易倒塌,同时,防腐处理不当也会大大折减网架结构建筑的使用寿命,因此网架结构的防火、防腐问题备受人们的关注。本文结合网架结构防腐和防火病害实例,探讨分析其病害产生的原因,研究网架结构防腐和防火维修施工工艺的原理及其应用方法。
Grid structure is widely used in super high-rise buildings,gymnasiums and large factories because of its light weight,large bearing capacity,simple construction and flexible layout.However,due to the poor fire resistance and corrosion resistance of the grid structure without protective layer,it is very easy to collapse in case of fire.If the anti-corrosion treatment is improper,the service life of the grid structure will be greatly reduced.Therefore,the fire prevention and anti-corrosion problems of the grid structure attract people’s attention.In this paper,combined with the cases of grid structure anti-corrosion and fire-fighting diseases,the causes of the diseases are discussed and analyzed,and the construction technology and application of grid structure anti-corrosion and fire-fighting maintenance are studied.
