摘要
目的观察阶段变化理论模式下的健康宣教在肾病综合征患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年1月河南省人民医院收治的肾病综合征患者的临床资料300例,所有患者临床资料均完整,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组(传统健康教育,150例)和观察组(传统健康教育+阶段变化理论模式下的健康宣教,150例)。对两组患者干预前后血脂指标及相关肾病知识掌握情况进行比较。结果干预后,观察组患者甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平低于对照组,蛋白胆固醇(HDL)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组相关肾病知识掌握优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾病综合征患者应用阶段变化理论模式下健康宣教的效果较好,可以有效改善血脂指标,提高患者对肾病知识掌握度。
Objective To observe the application effect of phase change theory mode of health education in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 300 patients who admitted in the hospital from January,2018 to January,2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group(conventional health education,150 cases)and observation group(conventional health education+phase change theory mode of health education,150 cases)according to different nursing methods.The blood lipid indexes and the mastery of kidney disease knowledge were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the level of high density lipoprotein(HDL)in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of mastery of kidney disease knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phase change theory mode of health education in patients with nephrotic syndrome has better effects,it can improve blood lipid indexes and increase the mastery degree of kidney disease knowledge.
