摘要
基于SAR技术,完成了基础地理信息数据快速更新与维护工作,并通过建立SAR遥感影像的典型地理要素解译规则和要素解译样本库,实现了在更新工作中对目视解译准确性的提高和对野外核查工作量的降低。实例表明,基于星载SAR技术的基础地理信息更新技术流程和关键技术应用,弥补了在更新工作中应用光学影像受限于天气情况的影响,具有可操作性和实用价值,能够为基础地理信息数据的快速更新工作提供参考借鉴。
Based on SAR technology,we completed the rapid updating and maintenance of basic geographical information data.By establishing the interpretation rules and sample database of typical geographical elements of SAR remote sensing images,we improved the accuracy of visual interpretation,and reduced the workload of field verification.Examples show that the technological process and key technology application of basic geographical information updating based on spaceborne SAR technology make up for the limitation of weather conditions in the application of optical images in updating work,which has operability and practical value,and can provide reference for the rapid updating of basic geographical information data.
