考虑电动汽车充电负荷的配电网运行风险控制与优化 被引量:15

摘要 针对大规模充电负荷接入导致配电网运行风险增大,需要控制和优化的问题,采用加权分布熵为指标来评估配电网的运行风险,基于此提出了配电网接纳电动汽车极限辆数的评估方法,并由此建立了各节点接纳能力评估模型;基于优化潮流分布的原理,提出了通过网络重构和闭环运行来改善配电网运行风险的方法;根据节点脆弱程度提出了充电负荷接入节点优化方法来改善配电网的运行风险。仿真算例分析了配电网接纳电动汽车的极限辆数,并研究了网络重构、闭环运行和充电负荷接入节点优化对配电网运行风险的改善效果。仿真结果表明,该方法优化效果明显,可为控制和改善配电网运行风险提供参考。 Considering that the operation risk of the distribution network increases due to large-scale charging load access,which needs to be controlled and optimized,this paper uses the weighted distribution entropy as the index to evaluate the operation risk,based on which an evaluation method of the limit number of electric vehicles(EVs) accepted by the distribution network is proposed. Based on this,the evaluation model of each node’s acceptance capacity is established.Second,based on the principle of the optimization of the power flow distribution,a method to improve the operation risk of the distribution network by network reconfiguration and closed-loop operation is put forward. In addition, according to the vulnerability degree of nodes, an optimization method of charging load access nodes is proposed to improve the operation risk of distribution network. Finally,the simulation example analyzes the limit number of EVs accepted by the distribution network, and the improvement effects of the network reconstruction, closed-loop operation and optimization of charging load access nodes on the operation risk of the distribution network are studied. The simulation results show that the optimization effect of the above method is obvious,which can provide suggestions for controlling and improving the operation risk of distribution network.
