摘要
近年来网络民主价值逐渐受到学界关注和研究,并初步形成了一定的分析框架。该分析框架是建立在网络民主价值的现实效应基础之上,基于此,网络民主价值在社会实践进程中产生了三种观察路径。这三种观察路径一方面总结了当下网络民主价值的表现形式;另一方面从三种观察路径回看现实民主价值,找寻出网络民主价值与现实民主价值二者之间的关系,因为这有可能是未来民主价值发展的结果。
In recent years,the value of network democracy has gradually attracted academic attention and research,and formed a certain analysis frame preliminarily.The analytical framework is based on the practical effects of network democratic values.The value of network democracy has produced three kinds of observation paths in the process of social practice.On one hand,from three observations we can sum up the present forms of network democratic values;on the other hand,from three observation paths,we can find out the relationship between the network democratic value and the real democratic value,because this could be the result of democratic value in the future.
