摘要
与国家未来发展具有直接关系的就是大学生就业创业问题,同时一直以来我国重点关注的民生工程同样是大学生就业创业的问题。在当前社会经济飞速发展的大环境中,新常态下大学生就业创业面临的机遇也逐渐增多,随之而来的挑战也逐渐增多,如何将挑战转变为发展机遇并牢牢抓住进行发展,确保强有力的大学生就业创业服务体系得以有效构建是值得深思的。基于挑战的积极应对、抓住发展机遇的同时将就业创业服务体系进行有效构建,才能为大学生就业创业比例以及就业创业质量的不断提升提供保障。该文针对新常态下大学生就业创业服务体系建构进行分析和探讨,希望推动大学生就业创业的发展。
The issue of university students’employment and entrepreneurship is directly related to the future development of the country.At the same time,the people’s livelihood project that has been the focus of attention in my country has also been a problem of university students’employment and entrepreneurship.In the current environment of rapid social and economic development,under the new normal,the opportunities faced by college students in employment and entrepreneurship are gradually increasing,but it is worth noting that the accompanying challenges are also gradually increasing.How to turn challenges into development opportunities and only grasp it is worth pondering to live and develop and ensure that a strong college student employment and entrepreneurship service system can be effectively constructed.Only by actively responding to challenges,seizing development opportunities,and effectively building an employment and entrepreneurship service system can we provide guarantee for the continuous improvement of the employment and entrepreneurship ratio of college students and the quality of employment and entrepreneurship.This paper analyzes and discusses the construction of college students’employment and entrepreneurship service system under the new normal,hoping to promote the development of college students’employment and entrepreneurship.
