摘要
随着我国经济水平的持续提高,教育事业的发展速度也有了很大程度上的加快,随之而来的是高校招生规模的不断扩大,但随着社会的发展,学生的人权意识和法律意识逐渐增强,有时候面对学校的管理处分会有不服的情况,导致学生和学校的矛盾出现。面对这种情况,传统高校制订的管理工作计划以及安排已经无法和管理需求相适应。基于此,该文主要简单地对高校管理工作当中面临的问题进行介绍,并给出相应的措施,希望可以给大家带去一些启发。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level,the development speed of education has also been accelerated to a great extent,followed by the continuous expansion of the scale of college enrollment,but with the development of society,students’awareness of human rights and legal awareness is gradually strengthened,sometimes in the face of the school’s management and punishment will not be satisfied,resulting in contradictions between students and the school.In the face of this situation,the management work plan and arrangement made by traditional colleges and universities have been unable to adapt to the management needs.This article mainly introduces the problems faced in the management of colleges and universities,and gives corresponding measures,hoping to give you some inspiration.
