摘要
农业合作组织是助力乡村振兴和农业农村高质量发展的重要力量。进入新时代,河南省农业合作组织应承担好农业产业发展的多元合作者、产业联盟的参与者、社会化服务的提供者、利益创造和分享者、现代农业产业的规范经营者、农业绿色发展的推动者等角色。河南省农业合作组织角色创新应坚持五个原则,即以理念创新为先导,以制度创新为保障,以机制创新为突破,以项目创新为抓手,以协同创新为动力。河南省农业合作组织应强化法治理念,推进规范发展;强化服务导向,提升组织黏性;强化市场意识,释放协同效应;强化渠道创新,打造智慧平台,充分释放农业合作组织的智慧和力量,助力推进农业供给侧结构性改革和农业高质量发展。
Agricultural cooperation organization is an important force to help rural revitalization and high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.Entering the new era,Henan agricultural cooperation organization should undertake well the following roles:multiple partners in the development of agricultural industry,participants in industrial alliances,providers of social services,creators and distributors of benefit,standard operators of modern agricultural industry,and promoters of green agricultural development etc.In the innovation of roles of Henan agricultural cooperation organization,we should stick to five principles:taking the idea innovation as the guidance,the system innovation as the guarantee,the mechanism innovation as the breakthrough,the project innovation as the starting point,and the collaborative innovation as the driving force.Henan agricultural cooperation organization should strengthen the concept of rule of law and promote standardized development,strengthen service orientation and enhance organizational stickiness,and strengthen market awareness and release synergies.We should strengthen channel innovation,build the intelligence platform,fully release the wisdom and strength of the agricultural cooperation organization,and help to promote the supply-side structural reform and high-quality development of agriculture.
