摘要
目的:探讨手厥阴经电刺激联合高压氧对脑外伤后昏迷患者的促醒作用。方法:选取2015年12月至2018年12月沧州中西医结合医院收治的脑外伤昏迷患者100例作为研究对象,按照住院号单双分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。2组均予以常规治疗,观察组再予以手厥阴经电刺激治疗,疗程均为4周。比较2组患者治疗前、治疗后椎-基底动脉血流速度、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS评分)、生命质量变化并比较,评价2组疗效、苏醒率和苏醒时间。结果:观察组患者在改善患者左椎动脉、基底动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度(Vs)、舒张期血流速度(Vd)、平均血流速度(Vm)、左椎动脉、基底动脉搏动指数(PI)、GCS评分、脑电图评分量表(EEG评分)、残废等级量表(DRS评分)、心理功能、日常生活、社会功能、物质功能评分均优于对照组患者,且观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,平均苏醒时间低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手厥阴经电刺激联合高压氧脑外伤后昏迷具有促醒作用,这可能和该方法能改善脑部血流量,促进脑部病理生理恢复,缓解昏迷和脑功能障碍有关。
Objective:To explore the effects of hand Jueyin electrostimulation combined with hyperbaric oxygen on coma patients after brain injury.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with coma caused by brain injury admitted to Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from Dec.2015 to Dec.2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups:a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The 2 groups were given conventional treatment.The observation group was given hand Jueyin electrostimulation and the course of the disease was 4 weeks.The blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery,Glasgow Coma Score(GSC score)and quality of life of the patients in the 2 groups were compared at the time of admission and at the end of the course of treatment.Results:In the observation group,the systolic peak velocity(VS),diastolic velocity(VD),mean velocity(VM),left vertebral artery,pulsatile index(PI),GSC score,EEG score,DRS score,psychological function,daily life,social function,the material function scores were better than those of the control group,and the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the average recovery time was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric stimulation of hand Jueyin combined with hyperbaric oxygen can promote coma,which may be related to the improvement of cerebral blood flow,the recovery of brain pathophysiology,the alleviation of coma and the degree of brain dysfunction.
