摘要
咳逆一词最早可见于《黄帝内经》,是肺系疾病中常见的症状描述。随着历史的变迁,咳逆一词的语义发生了不同的转变。早期咳逆多作为咳嗽的异名出现,唐宋时期因历史环境的变化导致人们对词义的理解较之前不同,而多将其与哕逆混用,后又逐渐丰富了咳逆的内涵,使其成为一种独立性的疾病。古医籍中咳逆一词主要的含义有三种,分别是咳嗽、哕逆和喘嗽。现代对于咳逆的认识多概括为咳嗽病的一种,指咳嗽而气逆上者,与哕逆不同,在症状上则突出气逆的表现,较咳嗽更为严重。本文通过对咳逆病名演变的梳理,以期为相关古代文献的挖掘工作和现代临床运用的研究提供一定的思路与帮助。
The word Cough with dyspnea is first seen in The Inner Canon of Huangdi,which is a common symptom description in lung diseases.With the change of history,the meaning of the word Cough with dyspnea has changed differently.The early Cough with dyspnea is more common as a cough.In the Tang and Song Dynasties,due to the change of the historical environment,people used the difference in the meaning of words and mixed them with hiccups.Later generations of doctors gradually enriched the connotation of cough and turned it into an independent disease.The common meanings of the word Cough with dyspnea in the ancient medical books are cough,hiccup and wheezing.Modern knowledge of Cough with dyspnea is generally summarized as a kind of cough disease,which refers to Cough and Qi inverse,which is different from hiccup.Symptoms highlight the performance of Qi inverse,more severe than cough.In this paper,through the combing of the Cough with dyspnea,we hope to provide some help for the research of ancient literature and modern clinical application.
