摘要 通过检测生物膜中多糖含量的变化来反映生物膜消毒前后的含量变化。生物膜中的多糖能够在三氟乙酸溶液中充分水解为单糖,单糖含量则可以通过紫外可见分光光度计检测并结合标准曲线得到,从而实现对生物膜含量变化的测定。该方法与传统的活菌计数方法相比,结果更加直观和合理。 The change of polysaccharide content in biofilm was detected to reflect the removal efficiency of biofilm before and after disinfection.The polysaccharides in the biofilm could be fully hydrolyzed into monosaccharide in trifluoroacetic acid solution,and the monosaccharide content could be detected by UV-VIS combined with the standard curve.Thus the removal efficiency of biofilms could be determined.Comparison with conventional live bacteria counting methods,the new method should be more intuitive and reasonable.
