摘要
目的了解东莞市护士职业性下肢静脉曲张发生情况及防护现状,以帮助护士减轻职业伤害。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年3月~5月东莞市1528名护士进行问卷调查。结果1528名护士中下肢静脉曲张发生率为34.0%,临床分级C0和C1级分别占44.7%和40.3%;51.1%的护士未接受过规范化培训,89.9%的护士对下肢静脉曲张的应对方式积极,35.8%的护士出现症状后进行专业诊断,仅58.4%的护士坚持上班穿弹力袜,23.8%的科室对下肢静脉曲张的关注积极。结论东莞市护士下肢静脉曲张的发生率较高,护士和科室对下肢静脉曲张的防护意识不强,需积极采取措施,降低下肢静脉曲张发生率,促进护士健康。
Objective To understand the occurrence and protection status of occupational varicose veins of lower extremities among nurses in Dongwan City,so as to help nurses reduce occupational injuries.Methods Using convenient sampling method,1528 nurses from Dongwan city were selected for questionnaire survey from March to May 2019.Results Among 1528 nurses,34.0%of them had varicose veins of lower extremities,44.7%of them had clinical grade C0 and 40.3%of them had clinical grade C1;51.1%of them had not received standardized training,89.9%of them had a positive response to varicose veins of lower extremities,35.8%of them had no professional diagnosis after symptoms,only 58.4%of them insisted on wearing elastic socks at work,23.8%of them had closed varicose veins of lower extremities be positive.Conclusion The occurrence rate of varicose veins in lower extremities of nurses in Dongwan city is high.Nurses and departments have poor awareness of the protection of varicose veins in lower extremities.Therefore,measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of varicose veins in lower extremities and promote the health of nurses.
