摘要
依据道路机动车辆灯泡标准要求,需进行玻壳偏移试验,以检验灯泡玻壳与灯头部件之间连接的牢固度。设计了一套专用的实验装置来满足该试验要求,并在后续的使用过程中对其进行了一些改进,使其更加自动化,减少手动操作带来的误差。文章重点对新装置的固定夹具、压力施加部分及改进点进行描述,介绍其自动控制系统的工作原理,以及该装置在实际工作中如何提高测试数据的准确性和复现性。
According to the standard for Motor Vehicle light bulb,glass shell deflection test is required to examine the firmness of the connection between the glass shell and cap parts.Aiming at this test requirements,we designed a special experimental device and made some improvements in the subsequent use of the device,making it more automated,reducing the error caused by manual operation.This paper describes the fixture,pressure application part and the improvement of the new device,introduces the working principle of the automatic control system,and how to improve the accuracy and reproducibility of the test data in the actual work.
