摘要
工业建筑中缀板柱在安装、使用过程中因构件自身及外力因素难免会产生弯曲变形,变形会引起构件承载能力的降低。论文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对工程中存在初弯曲的缀板柱进行了几何大挠度非线性分析,运用数据统计软件SPSS绘制了初弯曲率对缀板柱承载力的影响曲线及存在初弯曲时的荷载-位移曲线,为工业建筑类似结构的设计及施工提供了参考。
In the process of installation and use of batten plate column in industrial buildings,due to the component itself and external force factors,it is inevitable to produce bending deformation,which will reduce the bearing capacity of components.In this paper,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to carry out geometric large deflection nonlinear analysis of batten plate column with initial bending.The influence curve of initial bending ratio on bearing capacity of battened plate column and load-displacement curve with initial bending are drawn by using data statistics software SPSS,which provides reference for the design and construction of similar structures in industrial buildings.
