摘要
在冠心病的诊疗过程中,中医发挥着巨大优势,可与西医互为补充。仝小林教授临证数十年,结合态靶因果理论,辨证得出胸痹患者中痰瘀互阻证居多,此为疾病之主态,辨证要点为胸闷痛,唇舌暗等。仝小林教授主方以瓜蒌、薤白、丹参三味配伍治疗,方中瓜蒌豁痰清痰热,薤白通阳散痹结,丹参活血归心经。三药寒热并用,气机合调,血络通达。剂量配伍方面,多用瓜蒌30 g,薤白15 g,丹参15 g,未见明显不良反应。同时,秉承制因疗病之原则,调主态打因靶,控制相关危险因素,充分发挥中医之多靶点治疗。
In the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease,traditional Chinese medicine plays a huge advantage which can help the modern medicine.Professor TONG Xiaolin considers coronary heart disease tends to be phlegm stagnation derived from same fountainhead syndrome.Clinical feature mainly for chest pain and die blausucht.Professor TONG always uses Gualou,Xiebai and Danshen to shape up the prescription.Gualou is used to clear the hot phlegm.Xiebai is used to connect yangqi and dislodge the arthralgia.Danshen is used to activating blood and guide in heart meridian.Professor TONG pays closed attention to the dosage.He always uses 30 g of Gualou,15 g of Xiebai,15 g of Danshen.No adverse reactions were found.At the same time,the treatment was effective.
