摘要
试验旨在研究饲用油菜对母牛繁殖性能及血液抗氧化指标的影响。30头产后母牛随机分为3组,基础日粮由青贮玉米、稻草、精料混合而成,对照组母牛饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组用鲜饲用油菜等量替代30%的青贮玉米,试验Ⅱ组替代15%的青贮玉米。结果表明:组间母牛的体重差异不显著(P>0.05),各组母牛体重试验前后差异也不显著(P>0.05);各组犊牛成活率均为100%;产后120 d,各组母牛发情配种率均为100%;试验期末,试验Ⅰ组母牛的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)为7.11 U/mL,极显著高于期初(P<0.01),试验Ⅱ组母牛的T-AOC显著高于期初(P<0.05);组间MDA、T-AOC差异均不显著(P>0.05)。公司流转土地种植青贮玉米和饲用油菜,试验Ⅰ组的头平均日粮成本为6.78元/d,比对照组节约6.2%。综上所述,用鲜饲用油菜替代30%的青贮玉米饲喂产后母牛,可降低日粮成本,提高机体抗氧化能力,对采食量、体重、产后配种及犊牛成活率均无不良影响。
The purpose of the paper was to study the effect of forage rape on reproductive performance and antioxidant indexes of cows.30 postpartum cows were randomly divided into three groups,the basic diet was composed of silage corn,straw and concentrate.Cows in control group were fed with basic diet,30%silage corn was replaced by fresh rape in test groupⅠ,and 15%silage corn was replaced by test groupⅡ.The results showed that the cow’s weight was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05),and no significant difference between the groups before and after the test(P>0.05).The estrus mating rate at 120 d postpartum and the survival rate of calves were 100%in each group.The T-AOC of cows in test groupⅠwas 7.11 U/mL at the end of the test,which was extremely significant higher than that at the beginning(P<0.01),and that in test groupⅡwas significantly higher than that at the beginning(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MDA and T-AOC between groups(P>0.05).The company transferred land to plant corn and rape,the daily feeding costs was 6.78 yuan per head in test groupⅠ,6.2%less than that in the control group.In conclusion,using fresh rape instead of 30%silage corn to feed postpartum cows can reduce the cost of diet,improve the antioxidant capacity of the body,and have no adverse effect on the intake,weight,postpartum breeding and calf survival.
