摘要
目的探讨基于疾病自我管理模式(PDSM)的康复护理方案对乳腺癌术后患者自我护理能力和生命质量的影响。方法选取2018年8月~2019年7月在广东省人民医院乳腺科住院行乳腺癌改良根治术的患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(58例),对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用基于PDSM制定的术后康复护理方案进行干预,在干预前及干预3个月后,应用自我护理能力量表及简明健康情况测定量表进行评估并比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的自我护理能力各维度得分和生命质量各维度得分均高于干预前,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组干预后的生命质量各维度得分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PDSM的康复护理方案能有效提升乳腺癌术后患者的疾病自我护理能力和生命质量,值得在临床护理中进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of the rehabilitation nursing plan based on the process of disease self-management(PDSM)on the self-care ability and quality of life of breast cancer patients after operation.Methods From August 2018 to July 2019,the patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in Department of Galactophore in Guangdong Provincial People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(58 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group was given postoperative rehabilitation nursing plan based on PDSM for intervention,the effect of intervention before and 3 months after the intervention were evaluated and compared between the two groups by the exercise of self-care agency scale and short form 36-item health survey.Results After intervention,the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those before intervention,and higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life after intervention in the control group were higher than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing plan based on PDSM can effectively improve the disease self-care ability and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after operation,and it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical nursing.
