摘要
目的:探究高血压左心室肥厚伴左心衰竭采取心脏彩超临床诊断效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月-2019年12月期间收入心脏彩超患者总计458例作为观察组,另选取同期收入健康体检者100例作为对照组,纳入对象均开展心脏彩超检查,比较两组检查结果。结果:观察组LAD、LVPWT、LVEDD数值高于对照组,E/A低于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:高血压左心室肥厚伴左心衰竭患者采取心脏彩超干预,可明确判断患者心功能及疾病严重程度,对后续诊断及治疗提供依据。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic effect of echocardiography in left ventricular hypertrophy patient with left heart failure.Methods:458 patients(2019.01-2019.12)were set as observation group and 100 Healthy persons as control group,all included subjects underwent echocardiography,compare the results of the two groups.Results:LAD,LVPWT and LVEDD levels in the observation group were higher than control group,E/A was lower than control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The echocardiography in left ventricular hypertrophy patient with left heart failure is conducive to judgement of cardiac function and illness severity,providing basis on the subsequent diagnosis and treatment.
