摘要
为了有效解决霍尔辛赫煤矿松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔堵孔、塌孔的问题,研发了一种瓦斯抽采钻孔稳定性维护装置,其主要由煤层瓦斯采集系统、可旋转筛网清洁系统、瓦斯抽采动力系统和稳固系统组成,可实现对不同直径瓦斯抽采钻孔的稳定性维护,并成功进行了现场实测及应用。研究结果表明经过维护装置支撑处理后,钻孔变形有显著减小,根据给出的钻孔变形维护效率表达式,得到钻孔维护效率在30%左右;维护处理后,钻孔瓦斯涌出速度、涌出总量与有效抽采时间均有所增加,与无维护处理相比,瓦斯涌出总量增长了20%以上,瓦斯有效抽采时间增加了4 d左右。
In order to effectively solve the problem of hole plugging and hole collapse in the gas drainage hole in the soft coal seam of holsingh coal mine,a kind of maintenance device for the stability of the gas drainage hole is developed,which is mainly composed of the coal seam gas collection system,the rotatable screen cleaning system,the gas drainage power system and the stable system,which can realize the stability maintenance of the gas drainage holes with different diameters,and has been successfully carried out Field measurement and application.The results show that after the support treatment of the maintenance device,the borehole deformation is significantly reduced.According to the given expression of the borehole deformation maintenance efficiency,the borehole maintenance efficiency is about 30%.After the maintenance treatment,the borehole gas emission speed,the total amount of emission and the effective drainage time are increased.Compared with the non maintenance treatment,the total amount of gas emission is increased by more than 20%,and the effective drainage time is increased about four days.
